16 Jan DIY Chalkboard Paint

Psst…don’t forget about your New Year’s Resolutions; see mine HERE. I don’t wanna forget about my resolutions either, so I’ve created a chalkboard clipboard to write my weekly goals on. Bonus points for the clipboard chalkboard: I can easily change my goals each week AND the clipboard easily hangs by my bed or in my office. Chalkboard paint is super easy to use, you can BUY  it or MAKE it:
Mix together 1/2 cup acrylic paint (any color) and 1 tablespoon unsanded DRY grout (you can get it at Home Depot) until there are no lumps. Paint 2 coats onto your chosen surface, then let dry. When dry, you need to slate the chalkboard by rubbing a piece of chalk along the entire surface, then wipe clean. That’s it! Easy, huh? Try it out!
